The interior work at our most northern construction site so far in the history of our company is nearing completion. It included 800 m² suspended plasterboard ceilings, 340 m² metal stud walls and linings, as well as paintwork. The project was completed from 11.02.2013 - 22.03.2013
Some information about Tromsø:
Tromsø is 344 km north of the polar circle. This is the same latitude as northern Alaska. A trip from Kirchbrak to Tromsø is around 2,770 km. Tromsø is home to not only the most northern university, but also the most northern cathedral in the world.
The university, airport and centre are situated on the Tromsøya Island. There is also the Hurtigruten station. Tromsø has around 69,000 inhabitants. From 19 May to 26 July, there is no sunset, but there is no sunrise from 25 November to 15 January.
Newyorker - branches MEP Meppen and Pforzheim
We were awarded the contract for the interior construction of the new Newyorker branches in Meppen (MEP) and Pforzheim. The project included 1600 m² suspended plasterboard ceilings. 300 m² metal stud walls and different plasterboard lining. Completion March - April 2013
Renovation of the ACC Hannover - Langenhagen
We won the contract for dismantling, drywall construction and carpentry for the renovation of the ACC AirCargo Center in Hannover, at the Hannover-Langenhagen Airport. Completion January 2013 - March 2013
Lemgo "Altenzentrum Am Schloß"
New building of a nursing home centre "Am Schloß" in Lemgo. Construction period from September 2012 - March 2013. The project included around 3,200 m² stud walls and 500 m² suspended ceilings (plasterboard/mineral fibre)
